Cellulite Vanishing Oil
Somewhat unfairly, women tend to suffer from cellulite a lot more frequently than men. This is mainly due to the creation of cellulite being partly driven by hormonal imbalances and because women are generally made differently to men.
Women’s hormones are designed to fluctuate throughout the menstrual cycle, whereas men’s hormones remain a lot more constant. Oestrogen influences the creation of cellulite, not least because fat can actually create Oestrogen itself! In fact, the body is hard wired to lay down fat when the body is trying to correct an hormonal imbalance. The body will specifically lay down fat so that it can create Oestrogen to make up for the perceived deficit.
And of course, women typically have more body fat than men.
However, the main reason women are a lot more afflicted by cellulite is because the bands of connective tissue in their skin and their muscles are different to those in men. This means that the toxins stored in the fat are essentially more visible in women than they are in men.
Cellulite reached epidemic proportions a long time ago. It is reputed that eight out of ten women are afflicted with this dreaded skin distortion.
But is it a distortion or is it natural?
Cellulite & Environmental Toxins
Cellulite is both a distortion as well as being natural. Heh!?
The reason that women, and increasing numbers of men, have cellulite, is because of the massive hike in environmental toxins; pesticides, herbicides, chem-trails, as well as the major increase in the use of hormone-disrupting and carcinogenic chemicals in our domestic cleaning products, and more frighteningly, our actual skincare and cosmetic products. Then there’s EMF, blue screen and dirty energy that we are bathing in on a constant basis…
There are many skincare ingredients to avoid if you want to stay looking and feeling healthy! But this is perhaps easier to do than you think… Wild As The Wind products are free of these nasty ingredients, and there are many other artisanal, small scale producers that are making clean cosmetics, skincare products and toiletries…
And there are eco cleaning products that are more effective and, easy to make and use, that will not mean you are living in a chemical war zone!
And, we can wear Shungite to mitigate the harm being done by EMF etc…
Cellulite & Brown Fat
You may have heard that it’s brown fat, which is more in evidence in women than in men, causing all of our cellulite woes…? This is not true, but brown fat can become part of the problem, rather than the solution, if we don’t look after ourselves…
Keeping your baby fat turns out to be a good thing, as long as it is “brown fat”—the kind that burns calories, according to a study that found adults have much more of this type of fat than previously thought… Brown fat burns off calories and generates heat in babies and small mammals. Most of our body fat is white fat, which also provides insulation but stores calories…The “good” fat—brown fat—was considered essentially non-existent in human adults.
“We now know that it is present and functional in adults,” said the study’s lead author, Aaron Cypess, MD, PhD, MMSc, of the Joslin Diabetes Center in Boston. “Three ounces of brown fat can burn several hundred calories a day.” … Brown fat is most abundant in young women and least frequent in older, overweight men. In fact, women were more than twice as likely as men to have substantial amounts of brown fat.
“One theory for this is that women may have less muscle mass overall, so they need more brown fat to generate heat and keep warm,” Cypess said. Brown fat provides a new focus for developing treatments protecting against obesity and its complications, according to Cypess. However, it may not be enough to lose weight to just have brown fat. The researcher said, “We may have to turn it on and make sure it burns calories in a regulated, safe manner.”
Brown Adipose Tissue & Cellulite
So, brown adipose tissue is great for cellulite, and white fat is the enemy. But brown fat has to be functioning correctly for it to help in the reduction of cellulite.
White Adipose Tissue & Cellulite
It’s all too easy to see white fat as the ‘bad guy’, especially as it’s the form of adipose tissue that causes cellultie, but white fat is actually doing us a great favour…. considering the circumstances…
If it weren’t for white adipose fat there would be nowhere for our bodies to store the excess of toxins flushing around in our systems. And, when toxins are on the move they’re dangerous. When deposited in our fat they are completely disarmed.
Everything the body does is to keep us safe… even at the expense of looking good!
However, if we were to help our bodies to detox the toxins rather than being forced to store the excess of toxins then this would be the ideal solution.
Main Causes Of Cellulite
In no particular order…
- Poor diet
- Fluid retention
- Poor circulation
- Weak collagen structure of the skin
- Having increased body fat
- Hormonal changes
- Lack of physical activit
- Environmental Toxins
Having increased body fat also afflicts slim women.
Some other factors that can cause skin changes such as cellulite, sagginess, wrinkles and formation of dark spots include: hormonal imbalances, high amounts of stress, existing medical conditions like autoimmune disease or diabetes, genetics, poor diet, allergies, smoking, and other causes of toxicity like our addiction to coffee…
Whilst the connection between stress and cellulite may strike you as a little absurd, what you must realise is that one reaction in the body will inevitably lead to another. The body is a closed system of amazingly interrelated, sophisticated symbiosis. So, just as much as if you put sugar in the fuel tank or your car, your car will suffer a complete systemic collapse… so if you expose your body to toxins, it will produce cellulite!
Anything that causes inflammation in the body will age it, and anything that is toxic to the system will cause cellulite. End of!
According to the European Academy of Dermatology cellulite can be caused by increased levels of catecholamines which are caused by high levels of stress and the consequential adrenal response. Stress can be emotional or physical, fractious relationships, bullying, financial worries can equally cause the body to load on cellulite as a poor diet and exposing yourself to toxicity in the form of EMF from WiFi and radio phones (cordless phones),and also cause your body to slow down the production of collagen, which is crucial to keeping skin looking young and healthy.
What Is Cellulite In A Nutshell?
Cellulite is the dimpled, orange peel skin, which tends to worsen with age. It is mainly found on the legs, rump, stomach and the back of the arms.
The formation of cellulite is due to the increasing number of globules of fat, along with the increasing number of toxins, beneath the skin, which apply sufficient force to the connective tissue, making the skin appear uneven and unhealthy.
What Causes Cellulite?
As mentioned in the Main Causes Of Cellulite section, there are a fair number of factors that contribute to cellulite:
The toxic ‘conventional’ diet, (especially fizzy diet drinks and deep fat fried foods etc.) is one of the key causes. Our addiction to convenience food and our coffee consumption are placing our already over-stressed bodies under incredible strain, leaving it no other option than to store toxins in our fat.
Add to this, working long hours, poor sleep and going to bed after 11.00..pm, binge drinking and the consumption of alcohol in any amount, toxic relationships, undue stress at work, as well as coffee, sugar and smoking addictions… etc… etc…
Quite often the above issues feed into each other, with stress, environmental toxins and a poor diet all very much exacerbating hormonal balance for example…
Cellulite is indicative of the body’s attempts to detoxify the bloodstream and it’s cells by depositing toxic waste in the fat where it can do little harm.
It is toxins like sugar and diet drinks that convert the body into a carbohydrate burning system instead of a fat burning system, which serves to exacerbate the cellulite issue.
Increases in Oestrogen Dominance are often indicated by an increase in fat around the belly, inner thighs and the lower section of the buttocks. This is usually accompanied by an increase in cellulite.
Who Is More At Risk Of Cellulite?
As hormones play a key role in the creation of cellulite, it may come as no surprise that women are more susceptible to this condition than men.
Cellulite affects about 80% of women, although the amount of cellulite varies from person to person. Cellulite grows increasingly prevalent as people age, they become more sedentary and their skin loses its elasticity. This condition is not entirely confined to women, however, and the number of instances of cellulite amongst men is on the increase.
It is hardly surprising that cellulite is becoming more pervasive. Our environments are becoming increasingly toxic, and our food is less and less healthy from one year to the next.
Teenagers & Cellulite
Anyone can develop cellulite, even teenagers who are dealing with weight problems caused by the over-consumption of sugar and processed foods and exposure to other toxins via their environment. And, of course, hormonal changes can trigger the creation of cellulite.
Because we are living amid an ocean of xeno-oestrogens, (pronounced zeno, which are synthetic oestrogens), which are found everywhere… our pillows, our duvets, our carpets and even our water!
Yes, the chlorine in our tap water is not only a bleach that is killing our gut bacteria, but it is also a xeno-oestrogen that is making us fat with orange peel skin!
*As the bacteria in our gut forms 80% of our immune system, and because this bacteria is actually making a lot of our decisions for us, (some say over 90% of our decisions!), we really can’t afford to continue drinking unfiltered water!
Is Cellulite Dangerous?
As a skin condition, cellulite itself is not serious or harmful, and therefore many choose to just simply leave their cellulite alone. However, cellulite can be seen as a gauge of the level of toxicity in your body, and as it is usually accompanied by increasing weight, it can be a very clear indication that levels of health are on the decline.
Cellulite Cosmetic Surgery
Not everyone succumbs to cellulite without a fight! Many cellulite sufferers consider the dimpled fat extremely unsightly, and resort to cosmetic interventions to try and assuage the increase in it’s appearance. Unfortunately, rather than offering long term solutions, these interventions, like liposuction, are not only very expensive, but, they usually makes matters worse.
Natural Cellulite Protocols
However, there are things that we can do to improve the appearance of cellulite naturally… but, these things usually mean cleaning up our act on every level!
But hey… this means that our present health as well as our long-term health prospects become a whole better… Can’t be bad now can it!?
How To Treat Cellulite
Clean living – cut out the toxic foods and fags!
Clean environment – replace deadly detergents with green cleaning products
De-Stress & De-Clutter Your Life
Clear emotional baggage by practicing letting go of toxic emotions. (See recommended reading list later on in this article).
A lot of us carry extra weight and toxic deposits because we don’t process our emotions in a healthy manner. Others, (and I include myself in this one), allow extra weight to pad us out and protect us from life’s rough and tumble. This isn’t healthy however… but there’s a great book in the recommended reading section that can really help.
Get enough of the right kind of sleep! Follow your Circadian Rhythm.
Get enough Vitamin D from sunlight, not from a bottle!
You can also try Yoga or the Tapping Solution, or TRE, with practitioners like Deborah Maddison who will teach you how to release trapped emotions through controlled bodily shake-off protocols.
However, I also advocate getting more social and going out dancing with friends as well as these other options.
Got no friends and no money to go out…? Then dance a hole in your kitchen linoleum!
On a more serious note, however, if you are lonely it is important to make socialising a priority. Get involved in group activities and get busy whilst you get socialised. Isolation is toxic if it isn’t desired.
Detox Your Body
All of the recommendations for treating your cellulite within this article all involve detoxing your body in one way or another. The only way to effectively detox the body is to ensure that your detoxification pathways are clear.
In other words, your liver needs to be able to eliminate the toxins that the rest of your body is delivering after following all of the advice provided.
*We advocate you follow the morning detox protocols for the rest of your life on an intermittent basis! These will keep your liver and other organs functioning well.
- Dry brushing
- Use Wild As The Wind Cellulite Vanishing Oil
- Commit to a daily gentle detox protocol
- Do liver detox protocols and heavy metal detoxes if you really want to get serious about your cellulite and your health
- Consume More Collagen – bone broth from organic chicken bones is delicious!
- Improve Your Diet
We really need to cut out the sugar, the artificial sweetners, and figure out our food intolerances.
Lectins are bad news… Steven Gundry, (see recommended reading list) has the measure of these little life sucking individuals…
The best approach is to eat local, in season and cut out grains and legumes as well as sugars.
Sunshine & Cellulite
Jack Kruse reckons that the solution to most of our health issues, for which cellulite is an indication, is to get way more sunlight and a whole lot less screen time!
Kruse reckons that our health depends on one third food and two thirds sunlight exposure. He also believes that EMF and blue screen are killing us with massive levels of toxic exposure. Go to the bottom of the Shungite page on the Wild As The Wind main navigation bar to watch an incredible interview with Jack Kruse.
Clean Up Your Environment

The Collagen Cure For Cellulite
Collagen feeds your body what it needs to make good, strong connective tissue, which means that it helps to repair your skin, as well as making it appear younger and plumper… a lot like teenage skin.
The stronger your skin the less likely it’ll have the appearance of cellulite.
Collagen is the most abundant protein in the body. Without collagen your skin would be baggy and limp with no elasticity or depth to it… so it would lose all it’s plumpness.
Collagen is comprised of:
- Proline and Glycine
- Trace minerals
All of these elements are found in bone broth, which can, not only improve the appearance of cellulite, but can even reverse other signs of aging.
Exercise & Dry Brushing
Walk at least twenty minutes a day!
Dry brush every day for five minutes before you shower.
Cellulite Vanishing Oil
The Wild As The Wind Cellulite Vanishing Oil is a very stimulating blend with a lot of ancillary benefits, such as lowering blood sugar and aiding digestion etc… It should only be used in the mornings and afternoons for best effect. Because of the stimulating ingredients in this rich Cellulite Vanishing Oil it may affect the users ability to sleep if used too late in the day.
Applying The Cellulite Vanishing Oil
Apply the Cellulite Vanishing Oil vigorously with deep rolling motions of the hands. Pick up an area of skin and make it into a gentle fold, then roll the hand away. Repeat many times covering the area of skin you wish to apply the Cellulite Vanishing Oil to. Alternatively, use a massaging implement, like a roller etc. Both forms of application will help to break down the rigidness of the cellulite, thereby softening the appearance. In addition, massaging the oil into the skin will allow it to penetrate deeper where it will do most good.
The longer you massage the Cellulite Vanishing Oil into your skin the more the appearance of your cellulite will improve over time. It is very advantageous to dry brush until the skin grows pink prior to bathing, and then to massage using the Cellulite Vanishing Oil after bathing, until the skin grows pink again. The pinkness of the skin is indicative of increased blood circulation, and this is turn will increase the detoxification of the cellulite-prone areas of the body. Most of the essential oils in Cellulite Vanishing Oil have the ability to increase circulation for this reason.

Cellulite Vanishing Oil Ingredients
Sweet Almond – Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis Oil
Grapefruit Essential Oil – Citrus Paradisi
Cinnamon Essential Oil – Cinnamomum Zeylanicum
Ginger Essential Oil – Zingiber Officinale
Black Pepper Essential Oil – Piper Nigrum
Juniper Essential Oil – Juniperus Communis
Organic Sweet Orange Essential Oil – Citrus Sinensis
Organic Grapefruit Essential Oil
Grapefruit Essential Oil activates enzymes which help your body break down brown body fat. Not only will this diminish your cellulite but it will also assist you in losing weight.
Like Organic Sweet Orange Essential Oil and Organic Lemon Oil, Grapefruit is a great source of D-limonene, which helps to support the metabolism and also has a cleansing and draining action on the lymphatic system. Essentially Grapefruit Essential Oil helps to disperse and dispel toxin build-up.
When applied topically Grapefruit Essential Oil is an excellent diuretic and lymphatic stimulant.
It will also return a healthful glow dull skin and diminish water retention
WARNING: Grapefruit Essential Oil is phototoxic above a 4% dilution, and also needs to be used within the PAO, (see end of article), to avoid using oxidized Organic Grapefruit Essential Oil as oxidation increases the risk of skin sensitization.
Please note, the risk of photo-sensitivity is minimal when using Cellulite Vanishing Oil s the content of Organic Grapefruit Essential Oil is no more than 2%.
Organic Sweet Orange Essential Oil
Organic Sweet Orange Essential Oil, like Organic Grapefruit Essential Oil, has a very high concentration of D-Limonene, and although it’s also a citrus essential oil it’s NOT phototoxic like Grapefruit Oil. Sweet Orange Oil therefore supports, and mirrors, the lymphatic cleansing and draining actions of, Grapefruit Essential Oil. Another action it shares with Grapefruit Oil is that it conditions dull skin.
Sweet Orange Essential Oil also helps with slow digestion, flatulence and constipation, which increase the body’s toxicity. As the toxins in the body usually end up being stored in the fat, and causing cellulite, these properties of this beautiful oil help prevent the build up of cellulite to begin with.
Sweet Orange Essential Oil also fights stress, which is one of the leading forms of toxicity in our lives.
Cinnamon Essential Oil
Cinnamon Essential Oil is almost as equally good as Grapefruit Essential Oil for supporting weight loss. It is very warming to the system, thereby increasing blood circulation. This helps detoxify the body whilst also improving calorie consumption, both of which have a positive effect on excess weight and cellulite. It also regulates blood glucose levels, (meaning it helps to balance blood sugar), which can help diminish cravings for unhealthy, sugary foods. So Cinnamon Essential Oil assists with weight loss and also helps to prevent the gaining of weight by reducing food cravings.
Like Organic Sweet Orange Essential Oil, Cinnamon Essential Oil also helps ease constipation and flatulence. An improved digestion will reduce the risk of the build-up of cellulite.
Cinnamon Essential Oil’s ability to counter stress and exhaustion, both help to prevent cellulite occurring also.
Ginger Essential Oil
Ginger Essential Oil is another oil that supports weight loss, and like Cinnamon, it helps reduce sugar cravings, whilst also increasing circulation. Like Cinnamon Essential Oil, Ginger Essential Oil produces heat, hence the benefits to the blood supply.
As with most of the Essential Oils in this blend, Ginger Essential Oil also helps to reduce inflammation, although Ginger is particularly good for this. This indirectly improves the body’s ability for weight loss.
But, the Gingerols in Ginger Essential Oil have actually been clinically proven to reduce inflammation in the intestines which in turn improves digestion. A beeter use of nutrients means a better functioning of the body, which ultimately leads to weight loss in the body’s efforts to achieve homeostasis.
The older we get the less enzymes we produce. This is why the enzyme promoting benefits of Ginger Essential Oil and Organic Grapefruit Essential Oil are so important. Without enzymes to break down our food we are going to deteriorate in many ways. This accompanied by Ginger’s free radical scavenging abilities as well as it’s capacity for the significant reduction of acute inflammation, will have a very positive effect on the body over-all. As not condition is ever created within the body in complete isolation, all improvements in the body will inevitably improve all else!
Black Pepper Essential Oil
Black Pepper Oil is another great oil for improving circulation and eliminating waste via the body’s lymphatic detoxification pathways.
Black Pepper Essential Oil offers numerous benefits, mainly do to it’s stimulating abilities. But, for this reason Black Pepper, and several of the other essential oils should be avoided before bedtime.
Juniper Essential Oil
Juniper Essential Oil is a calming, de-stressing oil that reduces the toxic levels in the body. But, like the other essential oils in this blend, Juniper Essential Oil is also enlivening. (Many de-stressing essential oils have a sedative effect.)
Juniper helps with cellulitis, haemorrhoids, gout, obesity, and toxin build-up, all of which have a profound affect on cellulite levels.
This beautiful berry is also spiritually cleansing and purifying as an essential oil…and so it essentially unburdens us metaphysically as well as physically.
Cellulite Vanishing Oil Is Only Part Of The Solution!
Whether you suffer from soft cellulite (undulating appearance and soft to the touch), hard cellulite (tight and grainy / dimpled like orange peel) or edematous cellulite (pasty and sometimes painful to the touch) you must understand that there is a common origin.
- Hypertrophy and accumulation of fat cells in the hypodermis.
- Reduction of blood and lymph circulation caused by the accumulation of fat and toxicity.
- Hormonal imbalances – particularly Oestrogen Dominance
- Water retention.
- Poor diet, especially one high is sugar and low in fiber.
- Insufficient exercise.
- Toxicity, high levels of stress, smoking and pesticides on foods etc…

Cellulite Vanishing Oil Sensitivity?
Are you sensitive to some of the oils in Cellulite Vanishing Oil? Don’t worry! There’s always alternatives!
Castor oil to the rescue!
Why Use Castor Oil For Cellulite Removal?
Castor Oil has been used for millennia to heal skin ailments and enhance skin health. Massaging with Castor Oil helps to stimulate the lymphatic system which will reduce cellulite over time.
How Does Castor Oil Work?
Castor Oil application helps to boost the lymphatic system. Not only does the lymphatic system help to eliminate excess fluid and toxic waste from the body it also aids in delivering oxygen, nutrients, and hormones to cells. A deficient lymphatic system will ultimately result in fluid build-up and the increase in cellulite.
Castor Oil Application
Castor Oil is best applied warm. It is readily absorbed by the skin. Wild As The Wind will never advise using microwave ovens for any use at all, because of the creation of EMF, and because using a microwave changes the integrity of what is being heated. Instead, losen the lid and place your glass bottle of Castor Oil in a pan of water, and heat it gently on the stove. Alternatively, place your Castor Oil in a bowl of boiling water and wait a few minutes to let the oil warm up.
Apply the oil whilst warm in the same way as Cellulite Vanishing Oil.
