Best Healthcare and Skincare Information Sources

There are a lot of skincare and healthcare resources online… but not all of them are created equal… So, to help you sort the wheat from th chaff, here are some of our favourites…

Here is a list of the people who have made a huge commitment to producing excellent video material that can be accessed without charge on YouTube:

Dr John Bergman

Dr Joseph Mercola

Dr Edward Group

High Intensity Health – Here’s a fantastic video, from High Intensity Health, about the critically important factors:

Glutathione, Methylation & Nutrition w/ Dr. Russell Jaffe

Dr Evan Brand

Here’s a link to the talk with Justin Marchegiani, another recommended resource, about Oestrogen Dominance.

E-Motion is a revelatory documentary that offers people the opportunity to understand, and leave behind, their emotional shackles. Many renowned experts contributed to the making of E-Motion like Dr Joe Dispenza and Don Tolman. There’s a full list of experts included on the E-Motion website.

The World According To Monsanto

Food Inc.

The above film is made available, without charge, on the fantastic website Watch Documentaries. They are essentially a portal that provide access to a large library of documentaries that they air for free on the subjects of Health, Food and Drugs etc, amongst many others… There are also other websites that provide access to large libraries of commercial documentaries, without charge. Perhaps one of the more controversial channels is Vice… but there are quite a few others, so happy searching 🙂

Dr. Tent :: My favourite talk he’s given and recorded for YouTube is the one devoted to the Autoimmune issue and Immunology. But, be warned, you will go down a very big rabbit hole if you watch the final third of this very long talk…
