Detoxing EMF & Environmental Radiation

No To EMF & 5GIn some ways, trying to detox EMF and environmental radiation is like trying to get dry in the shower. Unfortunately, if you live in a city, or a heavily populated area, then it’s going to be impossible to get away from all forms of EMF and environmental radiation. They are going to be coming through the walls straight at you!

Nevertheless, there are a lot of things that we can do to lower decrease the toxic burden of EMF and environmental radiation…

The following information is for educational purposes only and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Please consult with your healthcare professional before changing your healthcare regimen.

Detoxing EMF

It’s been understood for a long time that microwaves, also known as radio frequencies, (RF), that are emitted from mobile phone masts and the actual mobile devices themselves are damaging to blood cells and DNA. It has been proven that certain mobile phones emit sufficient radiation to cause DNA strands to break. This kind of genetic damage is what can cause cancer.

In 2011 The International Agency for Research on Cancer released a statement that the radiation from cell phones was quite possibly a human carcinogen.

Perhaps the most direct way of decreasing the toxic burden of EMF is to remove all of the sources of EMF from our immediate environment?

This is essentially the approach taken by Dr Jay Davidson when he brought in a specialist to take readings of the electrical supply and all of the equipment he had in his home:

But, he also learned what levels everything operated at and what he was able to keep, as long as he turned things off at the appropriate times…

Transmuting EMF With Shungite

Shugite is a very peculiar stone that is over 2 billion years old. It has varying degrees of carbon content that present in a crystalline formation. It is this unique structure that is believed to protect the wearer of Shungite jewellery from the oxidative stress of being in an EMF and blue screen environment.

Detoxing Environmental Radiation

Environmental radiation doesn’t have to be from a manufactured / artificial source. There are natural forms of radiation that the Cornish know all about, like Radon. This form of natural radiation is present elsewhere in the UK, but it registers unsafe levels in particular parts of Cornwall.

In fact, whilst I’ve never lived in Cornwall, I have, all the same, lived in a house afflicted by high levels of Radon. This house happened to be in Dartmoor, in Devon, about a mile away from Widecombe in the Moor.

Walking bare foot and lying on the ground floor of that house in Devon had it’s issues!

But, generally speaking, it is extremely beneficial to walk bare foot, or lie on the ground, especially if you are exposing a lot of your skin to sun light at the same time. All of these things are ways in which you can mitigate the negative effects of both EMF and environmental radiation. Particularly if you head to the beach in Cornwall and Devon. Those wonderful negative ions at the coast help to quickly dampen your electromagnetic radiation.

What Causes Environmental Radiation?

As already mentioned, there are natural and man-made sources of environmental radiation. But are all of them bad for us?

When we’re trying to determine if a radiation source is harmful to humans, we look at two factors: The strength of the electromagnetic field surrounding the object (i.e., how much radiation), and “energy level” of the radiation waves, which is tied to their frequency (higher frequency waves pack more energy). Stuff that can damage biological tissues or DNA directly is called ionizing radiation. This includes high-energy electromagnetic waves — gamma rays, x-rays, and the higher part of the UV spectrum — and energetic particles produced by radioactive decay.

Essential Oils & Detoxing EMF

All essential oils possess anti-oxidant properties, as well as their own unique frequency. All things on this wondrous planet of ours have their own individual vibration signature, or frequency.

NB. It is the fundamental frequencies of essential oils that tend to lend them most of their healing abilities.

They each have varying Hertz frequencies, which generate energetic protection by increasing the body’s Hz to combat the incoming stimuli. When you look at the effects that EMF’s have on immune system suppression, blood cell functions and health and cellular communication, you can see that essential oils can help nourish and support the body and mind during these times of environmental stress.

Rosemary Essential Oil

Rosemary Essential Oil is the most effective essential oil in the battle to detox from EMF and environmental radiation.

Rosemary Essential Oil is one of the chief essential oils in FACIAL OIL No. 7 and so it’s ability to detox EMF and environmental radiation is a particularly helpful side benefit!

Perhaps the best way to ingest Rosemary is by eating it, but if we were to do this at every meal we would soon get tired of it.

Using a Rosemary Massage Oil or wearing FACIAL OIL No. 7, as well as, using Rosemary Hydrosol Facicial Cleanser / Toner as a Spritz are all great ways of delivering the EMF-busting properties of Rosemary Essential Oil to the body.

How Rosemary Essential Oil Works

The British Journal of Radiology published a study, in 2009, which proved that the Carnosol in Rosemary provides significant protection from ‘mutagenic activity’. This means Rosemary Essential Oil, which maintains it’s Carnosolic Acids after the distillation process, prompts our bodily defense mechanisms to neutralise the damage caused by radiation.

It is this constituent, in synergy with the other chemicals in Rosemary Essential Oil, that makes it a fantastic scavenger for free radicals. As EMF and ‘blue screen’, from our digital devices, are known to cause oxidative stress, Rosemary Essential Oil really is invaluable.

Thus, Rosemary really comes to the fore of our Essential Oil Medicine Chest when it comes to mitigating the aging and disease-inducing effects of modern-day-living.

For these age-defying, EMF and environmental radiation negating properties, aside from all of the other benefits, it deserves a place in the Wild As The Wind Essential Oil First Aid Kit.

Salt Baths

Using bath salts, particularly in foot baths, at high concentrations, is a great way to rid the body of negative energies. It is believed that bathing in Epsom Salts can also cleanse the aura.

Himalayan Rock Salt, as well as Epsom and Dead Sea Salt, at a 5% dilution in a foot bath, will not only cleanse the body, it will also cleanse the bodies energy field. So, essentially bathing in salt baths detoxes the physicl body as well as the etheric, or energetic, body.

Nascent Iodine

Nascent Iodine is a great way of detoxing EMF & environmental radiation. The way it works is by providing your thyroid with the building blocks for making important hormones that stabalise our metabolism.

There is a harmful iodine called Iodine 131, a radioactive iodine that is increasingly prevalent in our environments post Chernobyl and Fukushima etc, that would take up residence in our thyroids if we didn’t take the healthful version, namely Nascent Iodine.
