And… I could wax lyrical forever about why fat is not only not bad for us, but that it is actually vitally important for our health

Fat is a vital building block of the body. We need it to make vitally important things like hormones, and we need it for brain health. Contrary to popular belief, we actually even need it for heart health….

There is so much bad science and negative propaganda surrounding fat, with everyone seemingly vilifying this important component of our diet, it may take a little time to get beyond our conditioning and get to the truth.

It may be especially difficult to shift the idea that fat will make us fat… but it doesn’t!

In fact, it’s toxins like Heavy Metals, Synthetic Oestrogens and Chemicals in our environments that are making us fat, and not food at all!

Cereal based diets are really cheap to produce, but healthy fats cost more… Go figure…!
